I finally made it out to the renowned Van's Burger! Worth the wait... a cut above "fast food". They have very select hours of business and really make the wait worth it. I would place them far above any typical fast food burger place and even in the top of many dine-in options (they have a few picnic benches but are a drive through). I went big with a Big Pete Double (hold the onions and sauce... I am picky), a XL Chocolate Shake (secret menu item ;), some fries, a 1/4 Pound Corn Dog, and a Strawberry Shortcake (limited). The burger is fresh and has a good texture, juicy, and might believably be about 1/2lb for this burger. Not quite Gourmet level... but WAY above what most places deliver. A great burger you won't regret that's worth the wait and customer service that makes you feel welcome and valued from start to finish. They have a little time and take a little time to make a great experience.

Worth the wait and know when to go when it's not too busy! It sure was yummy ! Just a good cheese burger!

I loveeeeee these burgers! I am obsessed with dipping everything in their tartar sauce. Root beer milk shakes are super good too! Women owned and operated. They are always happy to see me!

This place is so unique and amazing. If you see a long line don't be discouraged because I promise you it's worth the wait. I got the double burger which was delicious and fries with their homemade fry sauce. Everything was amazing and the shakes are phenomenal too. The staff is so friendly and cheerful as well. We are excited to go back.

The burgers are amazing at this seasonal restaurant, but the line of cars at this drive-up spot is always awful. Unless you're prepared to wait at least 30 minutes in line don't bother.

Just happened to stumble upon this place when we were in the Lacey area for a conference. The line was what caught our attention, as any place that could stack up that many cars had to be good! We ordered a couple big Pete's and some Frings and eagerly waited to give them a try. The burgers were awesome and truly messy as any good burger should be! The option to have fries and rings was also a nice touch, and the fries were crisp on the outside, but soft on the inside with just the right amount of seasoning. The verdict: I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

Great little burger stand with amazing burgers and onion rings! Also have a Snack Shack for shakes and corn dogs. They don't need my review as there is always a long line wrapping around the building during their limited schedule. Managed to make it for the last day of the year that are open. It was a one and a half hour wait but it was worth it. Even got an extra for my better half and she loved it even after heading it up 4 hours later. Speaks to the flavor and quality. Times and days are limited but make it a point to stop in, they post a schedule on Facebook. Happy eating!

Despite this burger joint only being open a few days a few during seasonal times, it has to be a top 10 favorite burger place of mine for sure! The service is slow BUT it's to be expected because everything is made fresh to order. It is always hot and fresh!

The BEST burgers ever! I almost don't even want to leave a review because the lines are already long enough lol. But wow this is the place you need to try. Be prepared to wait in line for an hour- we don't care though definitely worth it. the burgers are thin but huge , my husband usually gets a double cheeseburger but here the single patty is more than enough. Love the crinkle cut fries & onion rings. The burger/fry sauce is great. The fresh corn dog *chefs kiss*. Chocolate peanut butter banana milkshake- to die for. Love the little picnic table area that you're able to sit down & enjoy the weather & food at on a nice day. Customer service is great, I use their fb page to check when they're open/updates. Not open often but when they are definitely make the trip!
